An original, mixed-media artwork from my SWEET AS COLLECTION

The Inspiration:

'DIP DAB' is all about remembering the carefree spirit of childhood when life was simple, fun, and full of playful freedom —and the excitement of a bag of colourful sweeties! Inspired by the irresistible charm and nostalgia of childhood treats, this artwork is a celebration of freedom, lightness, and innocent joy.

How It Was Made:

Created intuitively, using acrylic paint, fluid inks, spray paints and marker pens on thick watercolour paper, this original artwork features bright, juicy colours, bold graphic shapes, playful patterns, and expressive textures that radiate energy and happiness. Its energetic composition will bring a pop of happy, abstract colour to your space and spark memories of carefree days when the world was all about fun and adventure!

The Details:

Expertly mounted in a high-quality, professionally crafted white frame and protected behind glass, 'DIP DAB' will also come with a Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring its originality and value.

  • Artwork dimensions: 60cm x 60cm
  • Frame dimensions: 77.5cm x 77.5cm

Due to the fragility of the frame and glass, this piece is available for collection from my studio or local delivery within the Bristol area. If you live outside Bristol, please get in touch via my contact page to discuss possible delivery options— I'll do my best to bring 'DIP DAB' safely to your home.

FAQ

How is my print made and hand finished?

Your print was created by making a high-quality scan of the original artwork and working closely with my wonderful local printing team to carefully match colours and sharpen details. Each print is made to order on 300gsm 100% cotton smooth paper using giclée fine art printing techniques, which offer superior colour, texture, depth, and longevity compared to standard printing. I personally collect your print and if it is a limited edition i then hand-finish it with pops of neon paint, sprays, and crayons, making each piece unique. Finally, I sign and title the artwork. I believe the title helps tell the story of the piece, but if you would prefer that I leave the title off, please let me know via my contact form. Every limited edition print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

How will my artwork be packaged and shipped?

Prints will be carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, rolled, and placed in a sturdy tube. In my experience, tubes are by far the safest option to ensure your print arrives in perfect condition. Just make sure to carefully pull your print out of the tube using the tissue paper. The print will be slightly curled at first, but it will flatten out quickly, especially once inside a frame.

Original artworks and framed prints will be wrapped in acid- free tissue, bubble wrap and then carefully packed into a purpose made box with extra packing materials and then sealed using paper tape. I will repurpose packing materials I have received from other parcels where I can.

Prints are made to order and many are hand-finished by me personally, so please allow time for both production and delivery of these.

I ship to the UK and internationally. Please refer to the Packing and Shipping Policy for all shipping prices and delivery estimates.

How should I frame my print?

To help you choose the perfect frame, along with clickable suggestions for frames that will perfectly fit your print, please check out my Framing Guide. I also have a selection of smaller, ready Framed Artworks you can choose from. Alternatively, if you would like me to frame your piece for you at an extra cost, please feel free to get in touch via the Contact form to request a quote.

How can i be sure the art will suit my interior?

If you would like to see how a certain piece of art might look in your space, you can send me a photo of your room via my contact form, I would be more than happy to create a mock up for you showing the artwork in situ.

What if I change my mind?

The purpose of my art is to bring you joy, however, I do understand that sometimes a piece may look different in your space than expected. Therefore, for ORIGINAL artworks I offer a 14 day return policy.

PRINTS are custom made to order in your chosen size so i am unable to offer returns on these.

Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
