Refunds on Tickets

If you can no longer come to the workshop and would like a refund, please give me 7 days notice so that I can try and fill the spot. After the 7 days i'll be happy for you to transfer your ticket, either to a friend or to a new workshop date. Just get in touch here so we can work it out.

Materials & Experience

• All workshop materials are included. Participants are welcome to bring their own supplies if desired.
• No prior art experience is required — my workshops are designed to be accessible, fun, and non-judgemental.

Photos & Sharing

• I may take photos during the workshop for marketing and social media use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let me know in advance or on the day.

Payment & Booking

• A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure the date.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled workshop. I'll email you a reminder.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods. A receipt or invoice will be provided upon request.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers planning, materials, and time held for your event.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, provided you give me more than 7 days’ notice, I will refund you (minus the deposit) or find an alternative date (subject to availability).
• If you cancel within 7 days of the workshop, the full balance is non-refundable due to the preparation involved, but I am happy to reschedule subject to availability.
• In the unlikely event that I need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, your full payment (including deposit) will be refunded, or we’ll arrange an alternative date.

Venue & Setup

• The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue with adequate space, lighting, and seating for all participants.
• I will arrive 30 minutes before the session to set up, and require access to running water and a nearby table surface (if possible). A toilet would be good too!
• Outdoor sessions must have a weather backup plan agreed in advance.

Group Size

• The base price includes up to 12 participants. Additional guests are charged at £15 per person.
• Children aged 6+ are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Please let me know in advance if children will be present.
