JOYFUL CREATIVE WORKSHOPS

THAT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER!

We could all do with a bit of a boost right?? Something fun, colourful and playful? Something that get's us off our screens, away from the news and nurtures real-life human connections? Something uplifting that sparks our curiosity and reconnects us to our inner creative soul?

I have just the thing!

Come along to one of my art workshops in Bristol, a beautiful way to give yourself some self-care 🤗

My workshops have been designed to help you...

  •  unwind and calm your nervous system
  • reclaim your scattered attention and be present
  • spark creativity and new ideas
  • connect with lovely humans in-real-life
  • boost your brain chemicals - Dopamine and Oxytocin baby!
  • create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind, intuitive piece of artwork that came from YOU

Why choose a workshop with me? Well, I have an art degree, I've taught art in schools for yonks and I've been a practising artist and muralist for several years. But much more importantly, I am completely obsessed with colour, joy, and helping people feel better!

FAQ

Do I need any art skills or experience?

Nope! These workshops are all about play and are for EVERYONE! You will be messing about with all sorts of very simple mixed-media techniques - all of which will be demonstrated to you. And I will be on hand to help if you need some encouragement.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

No. All the materials will be provided. Just bring your curiosity. It's not a particularly messy workshop (small amount of painting but mostly pen and stamp work) but don't wear your best clothes if you're worried!

What's the food and drink situation?

You can bring whatever food/drink you like with you (including booze) and most venues I can supply tea and coffee (just a kettle coffee i'm afraid)

Some venues have cafe and bar facilities:

Hamilton House has the Canteen Bar and a cafe downstairs and you are more than welcome to bring up a proper coffee, beer, cocktail, whatever you fancy!

Is there any parking?

Parking will vary for each venue:

Hamilton House has road parking in and around the area. You may also have to pay the CAZ charge depending on your car and where you are coming from.

Can I get a refund?

If you can no longer come to the workshop and would like a refund, please give me 7 days notice so that I can try and fill the spot. After the 7 days i'll be happy for you to transfer your ticket, either to a friend or to a new workshop date. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible on my contact page so we can work it out.

Is there an age restriction?

This workshop has been put together with adults in mind but i'm happy for older teenagers to come along with you too. Just let me know via my Contact Page

How accessible is the workspace?

This varies from venue to venue and i'd advise you to contact the venue yourself if you have any specific questions or requirements. I can give a brief overview below:

Hamilton House: On the second floor accessible by lift or stairs.
