Refund policy

Original Artwork
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. However, I understand that sometimes a piece may look different in your space than expected. Therefore, excluding custom commissions (see Custom Commissions for more details), I offer a 14-day return policy on original artwork. If you’d like to return your artwork, please contact me as soon as possible. Provided the piece is undamaged, shipped back in the original condition with full insurance and packaging, I’ll process your refund upon inspection. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

I carefully pack all original artwork for safe delivery (see Shipping and Packaging Policy). In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, contact me immediately with photos of both the damage and the packaging, and I’ll resolve the issue swiftly, including covering the cost of return shipping.

Prints
Each print is custom-made to order in your chosen size, so I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Prints are shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition (see Shipping and Packing Policy). However, if your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days, including photos of the damaged print and packaging, and I’ll arrange a replacement.
