Experiencing and sharing feel good emotions such as love, joy and freedom with my fellow human beings is what life is all about for me. And i've always believed in the power of surrounding ourselves with colour and beauty to makes us all feel more positive and uplifted. I love this art work from Kate Elkington. The first time I saw it I fell for it immediately. The array of colours and shapes stand out and smack you in the face like a splash of fresh water early in the morning. When you look at The Dog's Whatsits you find something new every time and I think that is why it is such a unique and special piece of art. It is different to anything I have ever seen; it could be hanging in a gallery at an exhibition in Paris circa 1905. It holds pride of place in my home and people are drawn to it. It really is The Dog's Whatsits!
